All Products are Non Returnable Category of Products

  • Health Supplements: Due to the sensitive nature of health supplements and dietary products, we are unable to accept returns for these items.
  • Personal Care Products: This category includes skincare, haircare, and personal hygiene items, which are non-returnable once opened or used.
  • All other products are also not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

    • Products that are perishable or have an expiration date
Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days after receive of the wrong products that delivered to you, for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refund Exceptions
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • If you received free shipping due to a promotional offer, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
